Note: All online Registrations full payment at the time of registration

Refunds: Once registered either online any cancelation prior to December 1 will receive back 50% of the total cost of the camp. Due to the reserving of field and meals, no refunds will be made after December 1, during, or after the camp.

Camp Confirmation: A camp confirmation email will be sent once your registration has been received either online or through mail-in registration.

Medical Care:  Each camp will have a full-time trainer on duty for all training sessions to take care of all minor injuries as well as make recommendations for more serious injuries.   If necessary, a nearby hospital will be used for injuries that require more serious attention.  The liability form is required for each camper and must be received prior to the start of camp or at registration.  The form will be attached to your camp confirmation email but you can also attain an extra copy by clicking on the following link:
