PLSA Purpose
To support athletics at Point Loma Nazarene University, while uniting alumni and friends in the support and promotion of the PLNU athletic program.
A Brief History
A meeting between a group of friends at Pasadena College (PLNU's former name and location) on September 8, 1956 spawned what became the Crusader Sports Associates. The booster club was first known as "The Crusader Club." In 1987 the name was changed to the "Crusader Sports Associates." With the mascot name changed to the Sea Lions in 2003, the booster club was renamed the "Point Loma Sports Associates."

By joining our team, you enhance their experience through scholarship dollars and facility enhancements. The
W. Shelburne Brown Athletic Endowment grows through the annual W. Shelburne Brown Memorial Golf Classic. More than 100 participants compete in the event with net proceeds going into the endowment fund that benefits athletic scholarships and other athletic department needs. To donate,
