PLNU Athletics

Point Loma Nazarene freshman Andrea Mersino shot in the 60s for the first time last week. She also posted her first ever under-par round and Tuesday was the first time she shot lower than 150 in a two-round tournament.  

Most importantly, Mersino medaled at the Escondido Women’s Intercollegiate Tournament by shooting a 146. It was her first collegiate win and the first triumph for the first-year PLNU program.
