PLNU Athletics

Jessica Escorza, a sophomore guard from South Riding, Va. (Freedom HS), helped lead PLNU to a pair of victories last week while averaging 18 points per game. She scored 12 in the 90-52 win over Cal State San Marcos, then recorded a career-high 24 points in an 84-65 victory over Holy Names. She went 13-of-24 from the field and 12-of-12 at the free throw line for the week. Escorza also added three assists, four steals and 11 rebounds.
