Sally Rudi set a personal record in the 5k to help lead the Point Loma women's cross country team to sixth place finish at the Pacific West Conference Championships on Saturday, Nov. 2. Rudi, who is in graduate school for history, placed second on the team with a time of 19:02.9. That time was over 34 seconds better than her previous career-best time which she earned earlier this season at the Willamette Invitational. Rudi placed third or better for the Sea Lions in each race she ran this season.
