Haley Fuller, a freshman from Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. (Trabuco Hills High School), won the PLNU fall Preview at Torrey Pines with a 1-over, 149 on the 36-hole course. Fuller entered the second day of the tournament one stroke off the lead after posting a 73 9-1) in the opening round. She backed that up with a 76 (+2) in the last round to win the tournament by one stroke over Haley Whitbeck from Sonoma State. This was the first collegiate event for Fuller.
