Devin Carter made quite an impression in his first series with the Sea Lions. The junior transfer from Pepperdine collected seven hits in his first 11 at-bats, including four extra-base knocks, and drove in five runs. He ended the season-opener in the 12th inning with a walk-off home run down the left field line. He then went-4-for-5 in the second game, with a triple, two more home runs and four RBI.
