Manu Montal (Sr. MF, Gijou, Spain/ I.E.S. El Pepe) led PLNU to a pair of victories on the week over Azusa Pacific and California Baptist, scoring three goals. He notched both goals in the Sea Lions' 2-0 win against APU in their first-ever home night game. He then scored the final goal on a penalty kick in a 3-0 win over CBU. He leads the Sea Lions with four goals, putting him for a tie for sixth place in the PacWest.
