Regina von Koch helped the Sea Lions defeat two top 25 opponents last week. First PLNU went on the road and edged No. 24 Cal State LA 5-4. The Sea Lions returned home and 'held serve' against longtime rivals Azusa Pacific as they came back from a 4-2 deficit after singles to sweep all three doubles matches to secure the win. Von Koch and her doubles partner Nikki Newell clinched the APU match with a 9-7 victory at No. 1s.
