Eduardo Gallardo scored goals in both of Point Loma's comeback wins last week which extended the Sea Lions' school-record unbeaten streak to 12 matches. The first was a golden goal in double overtime against Hawaii Pacific. That moved him into a tie for second in PLNU history with seven career game-winning goals. The next was the equalizer on the road at Dixie State which helped Point Loma overcome a 3-1 deficit to win 5-4 in overtime.
