Wyatt Shackleford threw a complete game shutout in the series finale against Hawaii Hilo. The senior transfer from Cal Poly Pomona allowed just three hits and no walks while striking out six over seven innings. He opened the game by striking out the side in the first inning and at no time did a Vulcan runner reach third base. He has now won his last three starts.
