Hannah Benoit Bucher placed ninth at the NCAA West Regional to help lead the Point Loma women's cross country team into the 2018 NCAA Championships. Benoit Bucher improved her placement by one spot from last season, with a ninth place finish on the 6k course at Amend Park. The senior from Clovis, Calif., posted a time of 21:30.04 on Saturday to earn nine team points for the Sea Lions and USTFCCCA All-West Region honors.
