Freda Kallenberg set a new school record in the heptathlon with 5,071 points. She shattered the previous school record, which had stood since 2006 (Kate Anderson), by 138 points. Kallenberg earned the record by posting PRs in the high jump (5-6.5/1.69m), the 800m (2:22.90), and the long jump (18-3/5.56m). This was also a 139-point improvement from her previous career-best. During her heptathlon, Kallenberg recorded the fastest times this season for PLNU in the high jump (5-6.5./1.69m), long jump (18-3/5.56m) and javelin (136-10/41.70m).
