Haylee Saurette scored 13 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to help lead the Point Loma women's basketball team to a 78-75 win over No. 24 Northwest Nazarene in the Sea Lions' season opener. The 16 rebounds are the most for a Sea Lion since Roya Rustamzada grabbed 19 against Dixie State on Dec. 30, 2017. The junior forward was a perfect 6-of-6 at the free throw line, while adding three assists and two steals.
