Freshman from Fresno, Calif. Coby Barnes named Sea Lion of the Week for his selfless performance against Dominican this past week. Barnes lead the team to a 75-65 victory with an impressive stat sheet of 7 assists and 4 rebounds. Out of the 23 made baskets for the Sea Lions, 21 of those were assisted which goes to show just how integral good team chemistry is. 

"We have an unselfish group," Coach Logie states in post game interview. "So when help comes, we are conditioned to make the right play. Brock and Coby had terrific floor games with 13 combined assists."

Barnes has seen the court in each of the 15 games for the Sea Lions and earned himself a starting spot the past three matchups.
