Raquel Prado's excellent tournament play started early as she birdies the first hole, a par four. After a trio of pars, Prado ran off a stretch of three consecutive birdies to take the lead.

The sophomore's performance paced an energized Point Loma group that clinched their grip on 2nd place at the Grand Golf Club.

The impressive 3-over 75 round soared Prado to the top of the Biola Eagle Invitational by 4 strokes, naming her Sea Lion MVP of the week.

This marks Prado's second 1st place win of the 2022 Golf season.
