Box Score HONOLULU Â- It was just not the Sea Lions' night. Hawaii Pacific defended their home floor with a 25-17, 23-25, 25-21 and 25-22 win over the Point Loma volleyball team on Thursday, Oct. 16.

Hawaii Pacific (8-8, 6-4 PacWest) hit .333 in the match to upset the Sea Lions (12-7, 9-2 PacWest). Pomai Recca paced three Sharks in double-figure kills with 19. She also added a team-leading 18 digs for a double-double.

Alyssa Dwyer led Point Loma with 13 kills and a .333 hitting percentage.
Bree Vieth matched Dwyer with a .333 hitting percentage while posting nine kills and just one error.
Heather Leavitt registered a double-double with 11 kills and 10 digs.
Christin Fisher had a match-high 26 digs to anchor the backline for the Sea Lions.

The Sea Lions still have two more matches on their road trip to Hawaii. They will face Chaminade on Friday, Oct. 17 and BYU-Hawaii on Saturday, Oct. 18.Â
