Box Score FRESNO - The Point Loma volleyball team snapped Fresno Pacific's 10-match winning streak as they went on the road and defeated the Sunbirds in four sets, 25-18, 25-19, 16-25 and 25-20, on Saturday, Nov. 1.

This was the second straight road win for the Sea Lions (15-9, 12-4 PacWest) which have now won three in a row. PLNU also moved a half-match past Fresno Pacific (17-7, 11-4 PacWest) into third place in the Pacific West Conference standings.

Kelli LeClair continued her impressive comeback by leading Point Loma with 15 kills and no errors. She hit .385 and added nine kills.

PLNU had a distinct advantage at the net outblocking FPU 11-5.
Bethany Mandon led the way with nine assisted blocks.
Christin Fisher added 19 digs and
Savannah Wedemeyer had 32 assists.
Heather Leavitt chipped in with 14 kills and 15 digs for a double-double.

Point Loma will now return home to host three schools from Hawaii next week starting with Hawaii Pacific on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 7:00 p.m.Â
