Box Score BELMONT, Calif. - The Point Loma volleyball team recorded a 25-14, 25-16 and 25-15 sweep of Notre Dame de Namur on Friday, Sept. 26.

The win was the Sea Lions' fourth straight in Pacific West Conference play, as they improved to 7-5 overall, and 4-0 in conference. The Argonauts are still searching for their first win of the season and now stand at 0-10 (0-3 PacWest).

Alyssa Dwyer and
Heather Leavitt each hit over .400 with double-figure kills. Dwyer paced the team with a .500 hitting percentage as she recorded 10 kills, with just two errors, in 16 attempts. Leavitt led the Sea Lions with 11 kills. It took her just 22 swings as she hit .409 on the evening. She also added 10 digs for her seventh double-double of the season.

The Sea Lions had their best defensive performance of the season as they held the Argonauts held to a .045 hitting percentage. No Argonaut had more than seven kills. Meanwhile PLNU hit .294 as a team.
