A look at the Sea Lions

A look at the Eagles
Concordia has impressed everyone in the league so far this season. After some thought it would be a down year for the Eagles, they have responded by going 5-5 on the season and 2-1 in the PacWest. CUI opened conference play with a dominating 85-68 win over defending PacWest champions Azusa Pacific.
Â
Justin Davis leads the Eagles with 12.8 ppg. He is one of six student-athlete for Concordia averaging at least 7.8 point per game. As always, CUI relies on its pressure defense which has allowed it to lead the PacWest with a +5.9 turnover margin. Only four teams in the PacWest are even on the positive side of the turnover differential. Â
