SAN DIEGO - California Baptist shot lights-out from behind the 3-point line, knocking down 14-of-30 attempts, to snap the Point Loma men's basketball team's four-game winning streak with an 85-58 victory on Friday, Jan. 5.

The Lancers were clicking offensively from the very first tip as they jumped out to a 15-4 lead and never trailed in the game. They led 40-24 at halftime. Point Loma would fight back to cut 22-point deficit to 12 (53-41) with 11:34 remaining, but CBU answered with an 18-4 run to stymie any thoughts of a Sea Lion comeback.
Â
Ziggy Satterthwaite paced Point Loma with 15 points and six rebounds. He was the only Sea Lion in double-figures. Five Lancers reached double-figures, led by Jordan Heading with 19 points. He hit 5-of-10 shots from behind the arc and also added nine assists. Â Â
