RIVERSIDE, Calif. – The Point Loma baseball team dropped the second game of its four-game series at No. 20 California Baptist, 15-4, on Friday, Mar. 23.
The Sea Lions got out to the early lead with two runs in the top of the first inning, but then the Lancers broke out the long ball. CBU hit three home runs over the next three innings, two by Andrew Bash, to take a 6-2 lead. California Baptist continued to add on with six more runs in the fifth inning en route to the victory.
Bash finished the game 3-for-5 with a double, two home runs, five RBI and two runs scored. John Glenn was also 4-for-5 with three runs scored. John
Balliet and
Tyler Flores each recorded multi-hit games for the Sea Lions.

The win moved CBU back ahead of
PLNU for third place in the
