SAN DIEGO - The Point Loma women's volleyball team made quick work of Notre Dame de Namur on Saturday night as they swept the Argonauts in just 68 minutes. (Nov. 2)

Torina Hommes led PLNU with nine kills, but she got help all the way around as seven Sea Lions posted at least four kills in the three-set match.
Madie Fox posted an impressive .538 hitting percentage with eight kills and just one error in 13 swings.
Jaime Cymbaluk and
Alexis Soncrant added six kills apiece, and
Sophie Wingert posted five kills with a .400 hitting percentage.
Tate Duane and
Cara Keturakis each registered four kills as Point Loma hit .383 in the match.

Keturakis was critical in the Sea Lions' offensive efficiency. She posted 36 assists to go along with her four kills, five digs, two blocks, and a service ace.
Courtney Dyer had 18 digs and added to her PacWest-leading total with two more aces.

Point Loma had nearly as many kills in the first (16), and third sets (17) as NDNU (18) had in the entire match. PLNU limited the Argonauts to a .038 hitting percentage in the match, including a negative hitting percentage (-.043) in the second set.
