Wheeler's Words
On facing CSLA for a third time this season: "Definitely hard to play the same team three times during the season. CSLA came out strong in doubles and played really well throughout the entire match. Our girls fought hard but just didn't have their best tennis today."
On Shelby finishing her season with a win: "Shelby had a strong performance and win today at #1 singles. It was a great way to finish out a strong year for her at the number 1 singles spot. She has been a big part of our team's success the past three seasons."
On the season overall and the team's growth: "The ladies team had a strong season overall. We had some exciting close wins and some tough close losses as well. The area of growth I was most proud of with this team was their ability to fight through adversity in tough team matches this year."
