Wolf's Words
On the seeing APU in a non-conference match: "Whenever you play a team of that caliber it is a learning experience. We learned some things about ourselves. We know where we are up to snuff and the areas we are short in. Hopefully we can take these lessons and build on them."
On coming back to tie the match: "In a lot of ways we felt like we were in a good spot at 1-1. The guys showed character and fought hard. It was super hot for us, so that was a difficulty we do not usually face. I thought the guys held up well, gave a good effort but just fell a little short today."
On the matches against UC San Diego and Cal State San Marcos: "Those are huge matches for us. After losing tonight, there is a little more pressure on the weekend. IT is a big week of training for us and a big week to get ready for UCSD, which is every bit as good as Azusa is. Both those are going to be tough, tough games."
