FRESNO, Calif. - The No. 23 Point Loma men's basketball team ran its winning streak to seven games with a 74-61 comeback win on the road over Fresno Pacific.

Jordan May led the Sea Lions with 23 points, including six 3-pointers.
Kaden Anderson (12) and
Sterling Somers (10) both joined him in double-figures.

PLNU trailed 53-48, before outscoring the Sunbirds 26-8 in the final 10 minutes to earn the road victory. May scored eight of his 23 points in this final stretch, and Anderson had six as the dup combined to post 14 of PLNU's final 26 points.

Point Loma was able to overcome a minus-7 turnover differential, and FPU outscoring them 25-6 on points off turnovers, thanks to shooting .529 percent from the field and outrebounding the Sunbirds by 13.

The win keeps PLNU in first place, one game up on Azusa Pacific (10-2 PacWest). The loss drops Fresno Pacific into a tie with Dominican for eighth.

Turning Point
Point Loma was struggling to score until the final 10 minutes of the game. After PLNU was able to find its offensive rhythm, following a layup by
Noah Stapes, the Sea Lions shot 9-of-13 from the field to close out their fourth straight road win.

They were certainly up for the game tonight and I was proud of how our guys stepped up to the challenge."
