(PUEBLO, Colo.) PLNU Men's Soccer is back in the NCAA postseason.
Point Loma received an at-large bid into the NCAA Super Region 4 Tournament, earning the No. 8 seed, and will take on No. 9 seed Western Oregon in the first round on Thursday.
Kick-off in Pueblo, Colorado is scheduled for 3 p.m. MT / 2 p.m. PT.
The winner of that first round matchup will then advance to Saturday's second round against No. 1 seed CSU Pueblo, the back-to-back national runner-up.
Point Loma (11-3-3 overall), who defeated Simon Fraser in the first round last year for its first NCAA postseason victory in program history, is making a second straight and third overall Super Region 4 Tournament appearance.
PLNU won the PacWest regular season title for the second consecutive season.
Western Oregon (13-4-1) claimed the GNAC championship for the first time in its third year as a program.
CSU Pueblo (14-3-3) won both the RMAC regular season and tournament titles.
