(SAN DIEGO) No. 13 PLNU Volleyball closed out the regular season in style, sweeping Menlo on Senior Day by set scores of 25-19, 25-20, 25-15 on Saturday.
 
Point Loma finishes the regular season a program-best 25-1 overall (19-1 PacWest).
 
Before the match, PLNU honored seven Sea Lions playing their final match in Golden Gym. All seven were in the starting lineup against Menlo and played an integral role in the victory.
 
Gabby Hicks set a career-high with 11 kills, followed by Charleston Tidwell with a season-best 10 kills.
 
Lauren Phillips dished out a season-high 21 assists, while Makenna Joyce and Genevieve Hara led the team with 10 digs apiece. Avery Allemann led all players with five blocks, as Anna Massari pitched in with a pair of blocks and a service ace, to go along with five kills.
 
PLNU committed only one error in each of the second and third sets, hitting .394 and .359 as a team in those sets respectively.
 
Point Loma now awaits what seed it will receive in the NCAA West Regional, with the tournament field being announced during Monday's Selection Show at 4:30 p.m.
