(HILO, Hawai'i) After splitting two games on Friday, No. 4 PLNU Baseball swept a Saturday doubleheader at Hawai'i Hilo on Saturday to win the PacWest series three games to one.
Â
In game one on Friday,
Dylan Miller (7 IP, 1 ER, 7 K) earned the win on the mound in an 11-1 Sea Lions victory, which finished in seven innings because of mercy rule.

Tommy Molina picked up his first three collegiate hits and tallied three RBIs.
Â
Scott Anderson's RBI-single in the top of the seventh put PLNU up by the necessary 10 runs to win via mercy rule, meaning Miller was credited with a complete game victory.

Hilo then won game two, 6-3, after Point Loma scored three times in the top of the seventh in a comeback attempt.
Â
But the Sea Lions bounced back with two wins on Saturday, 10-3 and 3-0.

PLNU raced out of the gates on Saturday morning with four runs in the top of the first, capped off by
Will Pope's two-RBI single.

Point Loma then added three in the sixth and another in the seventh on a solo shot from
Joey Nicolai before Anderson's double in the ninth scored two.
Â
Austyn Coleman was credited with the win, pitching seven innings while giving up three runs.
Â
The Sea Lions then closed out the series with a shutout victory in game four, the team's third shutout win of the season.
