(SAN DIEGO) No. 17 PLNU Men's Basketball closed out the regular season with a 76-66 win against Westmont on Saturday in Golden Gym.

After leading by five going into the locker room, Point Loma held Westmont to 31% shooting in the second half, as the Sea Lions extended their lead to as many as 14.

Jaden Matingou scored a game-high 21 points, making 10-of-11 free throws.
Caden Harris added 18 points, while
James Nobles had 14 points on Senior Day.

PLNU committed only five turnovers in the game, tied for its fewest in any game this season, as Point Loma rebounded from Thursday's defeat to Hawai'i Pacific to end the regular season on a strong note.
The Sea Lions finish four games ahead of second-placed Westmont in the conference standings.

Point Loma (23-5 overall, 18-4 PacWest) now shifts its focus to the PacWest Championships, which the Sea Lions will be the No. 1 seed in.
