(HONOLULU) PLNU Women's Tennis completed a perfect trip to Hawai'i, defeating Colorado Mesa on Monday afternoon, 4-2, as the Sea Lions won all three of its matches in the Aloha State.
 
Point Loma was announced on Tuesday as the PacWest Team of the Week, with PLNU jumping up to No. 2 in the latest PacWest seeding list ahead of next week's conference championships.
 
The Sea Lions claimed the doubles point, picking up a pair of 6-4 victories at No. 2 (Alina Kupfer, Perla Conde Vendrell) and No. 3 (Melissa Zirkle, Zoe Moley).
 
Conde Vendrell (6-1, 6-1) and Kupfer (6-4, 6-1) put PLNU up 3-2 with wins at No. 4 and No. 1 respectively.
 
After the Mavericks cut their deficit to 3-2 with victories at No. 6 and No. 3, Moley put the finishing touches on the Sea Lions' perfect trip to Hawai'i with her 7-5, 6-3 victory at No. 5.
 
Point Loma (14-3 overall) will take its three-match winning streak into its regular season finale on Saturday at Westmont at 2 p.m.
