(SAN DIEGO) PLNU Men's and Women's Soccer both had stellar 2025 seasons on the field and in the classroom.
After both competed in the NCAA postseason and lifted PacWest Conference trophies, each team also earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for posting above a 3.0 GPA during the 2025-26 school year.
Women's Soccer, which won the PacWest Tournament title for the second consecutive season and competed in a seventh straight NCAA West Regional, accumulated a 3.79 GPA in 2025-26.
That 3.79 GPA ranked second in NCAA Division II and in the top-10 among all NCAA Women's Soccer programs across all three NCAA divisions.
Men's Soccer claimed a third straight PacWest Conference championship and lifted the conference tournament trophy for the first time before making its deepest NCAA postseason run in program history, reaching the national quarterfinals.
The PLNU men posted a 3.29 GPA as a team in 2025-26.
Both PLNU Men's and Women's Soccer have returned to campus for training camp and open their regular seasons in just a couple weeks.
Men's Soccer hosts Cal State San Bernardino on Aug. 27 at 1 p.m., while Women's Soccer travels to play at UCCS in its season opener on Aug. 27 at 6:30 p.m. PT / 7:30 p.m. MT.
