(SAN DIEGO) The Carlotta Kloppenburg-Pruitt era will officially tip-off on Nov. 9.
PLNU Women's Basketball is set to play its first countable game under its new head coach at San Francisco State to start the 2026-27 season.
Kloppenburg-Pruitt will then return to Golden Gym for the first time as head coach of her alma mater when Point Loma hosts Cal State San Marcos (Nov. 13) and Cal Poly Pomona (Nov. 14) in the PacWest/CCAA Conference Challenge.
That is followed by two more games against CCAA opponents at Cal State LA (Nov. 19) and home versus Cal State Dominguez Hills (Nov. 21), before the Sea Lions travel to Nampa, Idaho over the Thanksgiving holiday to play Western Oregon (Nov. 27) and at Northwest Nazarene (Nov. 28).
Point Loma will open PacWest play at Jessup (Dec. 3) and Dominican (Dec. 5) before hosting Westmont (Dec. 9) in its conference home opener.
The Sea Lions' final PacWest game before the calendar turns will be at Biola (Dec. 12), with PLNU then closing out 2026 with a home game against Life Pacific (Dec. 19) and an exhibition at NCAA Division I San Diego State (Dec. 29).
Point Loma will begin the new year with three straight home contests against Vanguard (Jan. 2), Jessup (Jan. 7) and Dominican (Jan. 9).
PLNU will then fly to the Aloha State to play at Hawai'i Hilo (Jan. 16), Hawai'i Pacific (Jan. 18) and Chaminade (Jan. 20), before hosting those same three teams Jan. 26, Jan. 28 and Feb. 4.
A road game at Westmont (Feb. 9) is followed by the Sea Lions' final two regular season home games, Feb. 13 against Concordia and Feb. 20 versus Biola during Homecoming Weekend on campus.
Point Loma will close out its regular season at Vanguard (Feb. 24) and Concordia (Feb. 27) before the PacWest Championships are scheduled for March 4-6 in La Mirada.
The Sea Lions will look to make a fourth consecutive NCAA West Regional appearance (March 12-15), with the NCAA Elite Eight (March 22-26) set to be played in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
