PLNU Athletics

As a Junior (2010)
Was injured for much of the season and only ended up participating in nine matches with six starts… scored one goal (on Oct. 10 at San Diego Christian) and had one assist (against Marymount on Sept. 21)… three total points on the season… took 10 total shots, three on goal.

As a Sophomore (2009)
Had a dynamite premier season for PLNU, notching 11 points in just 20 games, 14 of which she was given the starting nod…tied for a team-high of five goals on the season, including a two goal performance at SD Christian (Aug. 22)…also recorded an assist against Southern Nazarene (Sep. 3).

Prior to PLNU
Spent one season at the University of San Francisco, playing in 18 games and making 12 starts… recorded two assists, including the game-winner in win over San Jose State… played prep soccer at El Dorado High School in Orange County, earning four varsity letters... was team captain and Second Team All-League in her senior season.

Born April 24, 1990, in Anaheim, Calif.… daughter to Tony and Debbie… has one brother, Michael… came to PLNU for the beach and small school atmosphere… favorite food is oatmeal… favorite movie is The Grinch… favorite TV show is "Housewives of Orange County"… favorite soccer player is Wayne Rooney… Lauren is a kinesiology major with plans of running her own physical therapy practice.
