AS A JUNIOR (2011)
Participated in the NAIA National Championships…Placed 101st with a time of 19:28.0…Ran in the other five meets of the season…Placed in the top 15 in all five meets, including three top 10 finishes…Led the Sea Lions in all five meets…Best finish came at the UCSD Opener where she placed second with a time of 15:25.2…Finished third at the Biola Invite…Finished 12th at the GSAC Championships…Named the team's MVP.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2010)
Competed in six races over the season coming out on top as the team leader for five... personal best time was 17:53 at the Vanguard Invitational, also the top time for the team that race... had the best time on the team at the NAIA National Championship with a time of 19:23... led the team at the UCSD race, Aztec Invitational, Willamette Invitational, Vanguard Invitational, and the NAIA National Championship with times of 15:20, 19:10, 17:57, 17:53, and 19:23... Finished first overall at the UCSD race and the Aztec Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009)
Excellent first year culminated in All-GSAC status… ran in seven meets, best time was 18:18 at the GSAC meet which was best on the team and 11th overall… second best finish was 18:29 at the Willamette Invite… 19:27 at NAIA national meet… voted Most Improved Runner on the team.

PRIOR TO PLNU
Ran two years of cross country at Dana Hills High School, earning two varsity letters… helped lead team to Division I state title in her senior year... ran a 3 mile time of 18:03 and a 5k of 18:56… also ran track and played soccer.

PERSONAL
Born in Laguna Hills, Calif… daughter of Douglas and Melinda… has a brother Chase and a sister Rachel… came to PLNU for the location, running, good science department and Christian atmosphere… favorite food is coffee… favorite movie is The Breakfast Club…f avorite teams are the Dodgers and Cowboys… hobbies include listening to music, going to concerts and reading…Exercise Science major.
