PLNU Athletics

As a Junior (2010)

Threw 25 innings over 19 appearances, ending with a 0-1 record… allowed 29 hits and 14 earned runs while striking out 16 and walking just four batters… recorded two saves and a 5.04 ERA during his first year as a Sea Lion. 

Prior to PLNU

Played three positions as a panther at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School… coached by Dennis Gonzalez… honored as captain during his senior year… also received the award for MVP senior year… best single game performance was when he threw a complete game and went 2-for-3 with a homerun and a double… attended San Diego Mesa College where he played for two years as pitcher under coach Kevin Hazett who also played at PLNU.

Personal

Born October 6, 1987 in Berlin, Germany to parents Martina and Marcel… enjoys surfing and snowboarding… favorite sports hero is Kirk Gibson while favorite sports team is the LA Dodgers… lists favorite movies as Wedding Crashers and Anchorman, and favorite TV show as "Family Guy"… came to PLNU to receive a college degree and play baseball… a kinesiology/physical education major who hopes to go into coaching and teaching.
