PLNU Athletics

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013):
PacWest All-Academic selection…Started 15 games and played in four others…Had a .385 on-base percentage…Scored nine runs and had six RBI…Posted 11 total bases…Walked eight times and was hit by seven pitches…Stole two bases…Best game came against Dixie State when he was 2-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBI…Also had a multi-hit game against Bethesda…Reached base in four straight games.

AS A FRESHMAN (2012):
Started 32 games for PLNU mostly at second base…Played in 13 others…Hit .212 with a .366 on-base percentage…Knocked in eight runs…Registered 25 total bases with 22 singles, a double and a triple…Led the Sea Lions with 19 hit by pitches…Had two different four-game hitting streaks.

PRIOR TO PLNU:
Played two years and earned two varsity letters at Foothill HS for Coach Gary Fishel...earned the Coaches Award,..Second team Sea View League '09, '10...Won "Best Batter" award in an Italian tournament...Also played hockey and football.

PERSONAL:
Born in Santa Ana, Calif….Athletic Training major…Wants to be a firefighter…Parents are Gloria and Tom...Has one sibling: Randy...Father Tom played hockey at Michigan State University...Was on Honor Roll in high school...Also played football and hockey...
