2012 graduate of Hope Christian High School in Albuquerque, N.M….Lettered in basketball, football and track…Named New Mexico's Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year as a junior and senior…Helped lead Hope Christian to three straight state 3A titles…Averaged 22 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and three  blocks a game…Hope Christian was 115-9 during Wells tenure…He leaves HCHS as the school's all-time leading scorer (1,616) and rebounder (969)…State champion in the high jump…State runner-up in the long jump…Also a four year member of the Dean's List and a three time member of the National Honor Society…Graduated HCHS Cum Laude.
