AS A JUNIOR (2012):
Named PLNU's Most Valuable Track Athlete…Placed fourth in the 100m at the GSAC Championships with a finals time of 12:35…Had the top marks for PLNU in the 100m and the 200m…Set a personal record in the 100m at the Mangrum Invite with a time of 12.19…Posted a career-best time of 25.33 in the 200m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite…Ran a 59.99 in the 400m at the PLNU Collegiate Invite to set a personal record.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011):
All-GSAC as part of the 4x100 relay team… time of 47.21 in that event was a school record… other bests: 12.55 in the 100 meter dash and 25.70 in the 200 meter dash.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010):
Best times in first year at PLNU: 12.64 in the 100 meter and 25.85 in the 200 meter.

PRIOR TO PLNU:
Sprinted for four years under Coach Freemen… earned four varsity letters and league MVP two years… best high school performance was 100m (12.19) and 200m (25.7)… also played soccer and greatest sports thrill was scoring a winning goal.

PERSONAL:
Born in Rockford, IL to parents Patti and Jack… mom played college softball while dad ran college track… enjoys playing soccer and he piano… favorite food is chocolate and favorite movie is Hot Rod… came to PLNU because it is a Christian University… “Jen” is a nursing major.
