Biography
As a Junior (2009)
Started in every one of PLNU’s games in 2009, primarily as a defender, part of a squad that posted 14 shutouts…did get a moment on the offensive attack, taking one shot during the campaign.
As a Sophomore (2008)
One of the Sea Lions’ top defensive players in ’08… started each of the team’s 19 games… played solid defense all season and scored a goal in win vs. The Master’s (11/1).
As a Freshman (2007)
Started 17 games with 19 total appearances… did not attempt a shot on the season… member of Sea Lion defense that held opponents to a 0.67 goal against average and posted 10 shutouts.
Prior to PLNU
Played both front and back lines for Coach Samantha Youmans at Ironwood Ridge HS… was a three time team MVP and named as Coaches Award recipient twice… scored 13 goals with 18 assists… claims a PK win over rival Thunderbird High was her biggest thrill so far… also competed for her prep track team… member of honor roll.
Personal
Born December 20, 1988 in Tucson, AZ… parents are Tom and Gina, sister is Jeannie… dad wrestled at Arizona State… lists traveling, hunting and playing the piano as hobbies… says "Grey’s Anatomy" is her favorite TV show and the Harry Potter series her favorite movies… came to PLNU for the nursing program and would like to be a traveling nurse.
