PLNU Athletics

As a Sophomore (2009-10)
Was off to a terrific start before an injury sidelined him for the remainder of the year… in seven games he averaged 15.4 points and 3.3 rebounds… in all had 108 points, 23 boards, seven assists, three steals and three blocks… scored 24 points in first game of the year at Fisk on 11/6 and poured in 20 points in final game on Dec. 8 at Biola.

As a Freshman (2008-09)
Appeared in 20 games and made eight starts for the Sea Lions… scored a season-high 12 points in win vs. Trinity Western on Dec. 27… scored in double figures four times, including 11 points and a thunderous dunk in homecoming win over Trevecca Nazarene on Nov. 22.

Prior to PLNU
Played three years of varsity basketball for Serra High School in San Diego where he was the team’s offensive player of the year each season… was an All-Eastern League performer his senior year after averaging 18 points and 7 rebounds per game… named a CIF - San Diego Section, first team and Union-Tribune All-Academic team member.

Born August 2, 1989 in San Diego, Calif… son of Mark and Laurie Murray… has a younger brother Bryan… hobbies include filming, video editing and hanging out with friends… favorite team is the Lakers and favorite player is Kobe Bryant… Greg is a media communications major.
