AS A JUNIOR (2017)
Point Loma team MVP...CoSIDA Academic All-District selection...PacWest All-Academic selection...Set the PLNU, stadium and PacWest Championships meet record in the 10k with a time of 36:13.74...Set the PacWest school-record in the 5k at the Biola Invitational with a time of 17:01.38 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...Finished second on the PacWest Performance List in both the 5k and the 10k...Ranked seventh on the PacWest Performance list in the 1500m (4:34.62).
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016)
Team's Most Outstanding Track Athlete…PacWest All-Academic selection…Ran in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m and 5000m races during the season…Moved onto the Sea Lions' all-time top 10 list in the 5k (second) and the 1500m (ninth)…Placed second at the 2016 PacWest Championships in the 5k with a time of 17:31.48…Set a career-best mark in the 800m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite with a time of 2:16.33…Posted a new career-best time in the 1500m with a mark of 4:39.46 at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Collegiate Scoring Meet…Finished in the top 10 on the PacWest Performance List in the 800m (ninth), 1500m (10th), 3k (10th) and 5k (third).
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2015)
PacWest All-Academic selection…Registered the top times for PLNU during the season in the 400m (2:19.37), 800m (4:41.92) and 3000m (10:18.98) runs…Moved into ninth in the PLNU record books with a time of 4;41.92 in the 1500m…Ranks sixth in school history in the 3k…Also ran on the 4x400m relay team.

2014 graduate of Livermore High School…Lettered in cross country, track & field and soccer for the Cowboys…North Coast Section D2 Champion in Cross Country…First team all-league selection in both track and cross country…Team MVP as both a junior and senior…State qualifier in cross country…Earned the Olympic Award…Best times include a 2:19 in the 800m, a 4:57 in the 1600m and a 10:54 in the 3200m.
