AS A JUNIOR (2018)
PacWest All-Academic selection...In his first year with the Sea Lions, the junior earned the PacWest Newcomer of the Year honor as well as earning first team All-PacWest honors for his singles play. Playing in the No. 1 singles position he went 18-5 on the year and earned huge wins for the Sea Lions throughout the season. He also excelled in doubles with partner Yuki Okamoto, the pair went 14-4 at No. 2 doubles and earned All-PacWest second team honors. He closed out the season going 8-2 in both singles and doubles play. Had a stretch of seven straight singles wins. Helped to lead his team to their first ever NCAA Regionals appearance.
