Biography
As a Junior (2010)
GSAC champion and All-American in both the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays... was also All-GSAC in the long jump and the 400 meter dash... best times and marks were: 12.73 in the 100, 25.50 in the 200, 56.48 in the 400 (NAIA qualifying time), 18-1.50 in the long jump... a GSAC and NAIA Scholar Athlete.
As a Sophomore (2009)
Stellar performance as a sophomore… GSAC champion and all GSAC as a participant on the record-breaking 4x100 meter relay and 4x400 meter relay teams… GSAC and NAIA scholar Athlete… NAIA All-American in the 4x400m (4th)… times included 12.50 (100m), 25.80 (200m), 4X100 (47.25), 4X400 (3:48.14 & 3.52.62)… distances include 17’11.75 in the long jump, good for first place on the season best lists.
As a Freshman (2008)
Bests: long jump (18-4.5), 100m (12.86), 200m (25.91), 400m (59.47)… named most improved athlete… GSAC champion (4X100m relay team)… All-GSAC (400m dash, 4X100m relay)… claimed the number one spot on the PLNU all time top ten list in the 4X100 relay… also made the top ten list in long jump.
Prior to PLNU
Coached by Garth Rushforth and Todd Eggbert… was Most Improved in 2005… took second place in State for the long jump in 2007… bests: long jump (17-2.75), 400m (59.61), 200m (26.32)… most exciting moment was a breathtaking 17-0 long jump at State… also played volleyball and ran cross country… ranked no. 1 in class academically with a 4.0… was a member of NHS and a student body officer.

Born August 21, 1989 to parents Debbie and Larry… sister is Brooke… would most like to meet God… favorite show is “Heroes” and favorite band is Relient K… enjoys books by author Ted Dekker… favorite food is ice cream… major is international studies.
