Adrian Orozco joined the Point Loma baseball coaching staff prior to the 2020 season. This is the second coaching role for Orozco. At PLNU his main duties will include scouting, technology and youth camps, in addition to working with the pitchers.

Orozco joined PLNU after serving on the UC San Diego staff in 2018. Orozco helped lead the Tritons to the NCAA West Regional Championship and to the Division II World Series.

Orozco also has a plethora of experience as a student-athlete. He helped lead UCSD to within one game of the 2017 NCAA Championship after going 9-1 with a 3.27 earned run average. He was an All-CCAA selection and was named the Most Outstanding Player in the West Regional.

He graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Communications. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Education with a PPS Credential (K-12 Counseling credential) at PLNU.
