As a Junior (2015)
PacWest All-Academic selection…Ran in seven races including the PacWest Championships and the NCAA West Regional…Placed 44th at the PacWest Championships…Best finish came at the UCR -Highlander Invitational as she placed 15th…Best time in a 5k race came at the UCR - Highlander Invitational (19:50.9)…Best time in a 6k race came at the PacWest Championships (23:58.9).
 
As a Sophomore (2014)
PacWest All-Academic selection…Ran in three races for the Sea Lions…Placed 40th at the PacWest Championships for a season-best finish…Best time on a 5k course came at the UC Irvine Invite (20:19.4)…Best time on a 6k course came at the PacWest Championships (24:36.0)…Finished second amongst PLNU runners at the UC Irvine Invite and the PacWest Championships.
 
As a Freshman (2013)
McNeilly award winner…Named the team's Most Valuable Runner…PacWest All-Academic selection…ran in five races for the Sea Lions including the PacWest and NCCAA Championships…Sea Lions' top finisher at the PacWest Championships placing 27th…It was also her best finish of the season…Best time on an 8k course came at the PacWest Championships when she posted a mark of 18:60.0. 
 
Prior to PLNU
Earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track for the Aztecs… ran under Coach Rob Jackson… qualified for the state meet all for years in both cross country and track… earned the Joe Sellah Leadership Award as a senior… best times include 2:15 for the 800-meters, 5:13 for the 1600m and 18:56 for the 5000m.

Born in Colorado to Tyler and Danna Swenson… has a younger sister named Mason… an International Business major and Art History minor.
