PLNU Athletics

Jason Hiebenthal is in his third season as an assistant coach with the Point Loma men’s basketball team. Hiebenthal's roles with the program include recruiting, scouting, travel arrangements and instructing student-athletes in skills & drills during practice.

In 2011-12, Hiebenthal's first with the program, the Sea Lions posted a 21-10 overall record and tied for second in the Golden State Athletic Conference. PLNU went 1-1 in the conference tournament and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament where the team was also 1-1.

Jason and wife, Colleen, welcomed daughter, Sidney Mae into the world in fall of 2012.
