As a Junior (2010)
Competed in five races for the year... best race of the year was at the Willamette Invitational where he completed the 8K race in 27:06... also ran a 23:02 in the four mile UCSD race... completed the GSAC Championship in 27:14.

As a Sophomore (2009)
Had a stellar sophomore campaign to follow a breakout freshman season…was often the first Sea Lion to cross the finish line…best performance of the year came at the Willamette Invitational where he finished the course in 25:27…also ran a 23:17 in the four-mile UCSD race… earned team MVP and Most Inspirational awards.

As a Freshman (2008)
Immediately stepped up for the Sea Lions… was the team’s number two runner for much of the season… ran an 8k PR of 26:19 at the Willamette Invite… finished third on the team at the GSAC Championships.

Prior to PLNU
Ran four years at Arcadia High School, earning three varsity letters… received All-League honors twice… a two-time CIF state and nationals qualifier… best performance was at Woodbridge Invitational, winning in 15:39 for three miles… 5K best is 16:20… also ran track and was all-league in the 800 meters.

Born August 21, 1990, in Pasadena, Calif… son of Douglas and Dianne… two brothers, Jonathan and Scott… both brothers were All-League runners in high school, Jonathan runs at Loyola Marymount… nickname is Willie Mac… favorite food is Chips and Salsa… favorite movie is Anchorman… favorite athlete is Ryan Hall… person he most admires is Steve Prefontaine… person he would most like to meet is Gerry Lindgren… hobbies include mountain biking, other sports and music… Will is an engineering major.
