PLNU Athletics

AS A JUNIOR (2011-12):
Played in nine events for PLNU…Averaged 77.39 strokes over 28 rounds…Posted a low round of 71 (-1) at the GCU Thunderbird Invite…Best finish came at the NAIA National Qualifier where he tied for ninth…Best score came at the GCU Invite with a 3-over, 219…Posted one top 10 and two 25 finishes… Helped Point Loma win the Mustang Invite, Cal State San Marcos Invite and NAIA National Qualifier.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11):
Participated in four tournaments with a 78.25 average over 12 rounds… best finish was tied for 20th at the PLNU/Smee Builder’s Invite (233)… lowest round was 76 at the same event.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10):
Competed in seven events and played in 20 rounds… 77.75 average… low round was a 70… made 39 birdies… best finish was seventh at the Mustang Invitational (72-70-83-225)… lowest score was 219 at Grand Canyon Invite.

PRIOR TO PLNU:
Played for the Patriots and Coach Kim Estep… won City Conference match play and once shot a 67 at Singing Hills… team traveled to North Carolina on Spring trip… also played soccer and competed for cross country team.

PERSONAL:
Born in El Cajon, CA… parents are Steve and Audi, one sibling, Haylet… fan of golfers Adam Scott and Geoff Ogilvy… follows the Chargers and Boston Red Sox… came to PLNU for golf and the scenery…Accounting major.
