AS A JUNIOR (2011-12):
Earned the men's golf PLSA Sportsmanship Award...NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11):
Competed in three events and seven total rounds… best round was 72 at the PLNU/Smee Builder’s Invite… averaged 78.86 on the season.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10):
Played in four events with 12 total rounds of action… averaged 83.58… low round was 79… best finish was 29th at the Carlton Oaks Invite.
PRIOR TO PLNU:
Played golf for four years as a Silver Strede at Galesburg High School where he attained two varsity letters… honors and awards include Western Big 6 All-Conference… best performance is a 69… greatest sports thrill in college was playing in his first tournament… top five percent of high school graduating class... Principal’s Scholar as well as Illinois state scholar… also played hockey.
PERSONAL:
Born June 10, 1991 in Galesburg, IL… parents are Larry and Vicki… has one brother, Zach who played golf at Bradley University… favorite sports teams are the Bears, Cubs and Red Wings… favorite movies are the Bourne series…Accounting and Business Administration double-major.
